Jekyll & Hyde

Hey, I'm laying off blogging for awhile. I'll still be on the tube or twitter though.

Neways, sometimes i wonder if I'm like Dr.Jekyll & Hyde. You know, that good and "bad" that exists in your being? I can't quite explain it but there are times the "other" side of me is much more prominent than the normally present half. This meaner, bitchy wicked half of me. I won't say I don't like it or like it but well, sometimes I wish I can just wash off one side and just be me, me and me alone. Sha likes the saner half of me but always finds the other mean side of me, umm refreshing? Is that the word? I don't know. I don't want to get into naughty stuffs here, wink wink ;) but you get the idea I hope.

Anyway! Like I was saying, there are times when I am totally this other person, when my saner and more logical self is absent totally. I become a mean witch ;) & this witchy side will lasts for months sometimes! I wonder, if that's healthy but for as long as I have him loving me, I know life will go on.......

ps: Btw, I'm back home in Kiwi land!!!! Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-D

Singapore blues

Some of you would have known by now, I'm back in Singapore. Those of you that don't, well we're (me & Sha) gonna be here for the next 4 weeks or so. He has some work to attend to here and his boss well, after promising "no more travel" has broken his promise. Again!! Grrr. This time though, some consolation, he has me tagging along on company's account! Yay!! :-D (So I get to buzz my long lost friends here!).

It's not too bad being in Singapore (I think) but there are just somethings here that I don't quite like. Everything is required in a hurry, people rush to work, school or everywhere else. This is a truly efficient city state but it can get TOO efficient I think. The locals are boring verging on lifeless (no offense to my Singaporean friends, but you are). When you step into the local mart, cashiers work like robot serving unsmiling, unfriendly and serious faced locals. When you take the trains, commuters pretend to ignore the elderly folks or those with young uns in their hands. The difference now as to how it was here a few years back, is that there is a marked increase of foreign nationals. However, it's almost always the locals that get to me, sheesh. No offense again, I really have some great Singaporean friends. It's just that there are more locals that seem really indifferent to many things. Yesterday morning, at the apartment we stayed, a young couple took their dogs (2 alsatians) out for the morning walk. They allowed their doggies to poop near the kiddies park and conveniently ignored cleaning it up afterwards. Sha simply chided the guy which made him cleared the mess up. Another incident on the first day I was here. There was this lady who was going into the elevator at the same time we were. Her young son was trailing behind (& playing nearby). She yelled and called her son to hurry up while all the time holding the elevator doors ajar. She did not even asked us if we'd mind or offer a little apology for holding us up (which we did not really mind). She just kept yelling at the top of her voice for her son to speed it up like as if it was only her that was around and using that elevator . It was a good couple of minutes before her child finally responded! And there was absolutely nothing that came from her mouth after that except for more scolding of her son. Had that been me, I simply would have allowed others to go first and then wait for that elevator again. It was the last day of the Chinese Hungry Ghost festival. Imagine this, two local couples were burning their prayer offerings ON the rubberized surface of the kiddies playground!!! Where are their consideration and commonsense??!! AND there was an incense burner provided by the building management too!!! I simply called the security folks to attend to them.

I don't know. I like her efficiency and orderliness but I prefer NZ (people are friendly) even the States too actually. Somehow there's more things to do. I know I won't offend my local friends (others locals maybe) with this entry but they long know what my feelings are on Singapore. You either love it or hate it being here. Even as a student here back then years ago, I never really liked this place. Well, I'm here for 4 weeks. Guess I'll just have to hang in there. I'd like to visit Kuala Lumpur again though if we have the time to spare. Till then, catch ya later guys.

Kanye West = Moron!!!!

Yup, he is a MORON! His recent outbursts at the awards confirmed that for sure! Anyway, his lyrics are bad. I wonder why some consider him a great singer/songwriter, sheesh...

and no, that jpeg is NOT upside down. That's how he really is :-D

Cascada

"Your arms are my castle, your heart is my sky.
They wipe away tears that I cry.
The good and the bad times, we've been through them all.
You make me rise when I fall.
"

Hun, actually you have it the other way round luv. It's your arms that are my castle. When she goes "Cause everytime we touch, I get this feeling. And everytime we kiss I swear I could fly" You know something hun? I do too, I really do.

Thank you so much for this video.

Halo

"Remember those walls I built
Well, baby they're tumbling down
And they didn't even put up a fight
They didn't even make up a sound

I found a way to let you in
But I never really had a doubt
Standing in the light of your halo
I got my angel now

It's like I've been awakened
Every rule I had you breakin'
It's the risk that I'm takin'
I ain't never gonna shut you out

Everywhere I'm looking now
I'm surrounded by your embrace
Baby I can see your halo
You know you're my saving grace

You're everything I need and more
It's written all over your face
Baby I can feel your halo
Pray it won't fade away

I can feel your halo halo halo

Hit me like a ray of sun
Burning through my darkest night
You're the only one that I want
Think I'm addicted to your light

I swore I'd never fall again
But this don't even feel like falling
Gravity can't forget
To pull me back to the ground again

Feels like I've been awakened
Every rule I had you breakin'
The risk that I'm takin'
I'm never gonna shut you out

Everywhere I'm looking now
I'm surrounded by your embrace
Baby I can see your halo
You know you're my saving grace

You're everything I need and more
It's written all over your face
Baby I can feel your halo
Pray it won't fade away

I can feel your halo halo halo

Everywhere I'm looking now
I'm surrounded by your embrace
Baby I can see your halo
You know you're my saving grace

You're everything I need and more
It's written all over your face
Baby I can feel your halo
Pray it won't fade away

I can feel your halo halo "

The King is Dead

Such a gifted spirit that dwelled within a tortured soul, well, the world knows by now that Michael Jackson's gone. I don't care about the strangeness, weirdness or whateva it is in his life, just the man who gave me, my late parents, my friends and many of us much joy in his music, his moves, his charisma, his superiority and majesty when on stage, that man. Thank you Michael. Rest In Peace MJ.

Eeeky!

Came across this joke. Found it funny as well as eeewww!!! Read on..
A man entered a restaurant and sat at the only open table. As he sat down, he knocked the spoon off the table with his elbow. A nearby waiter reached into his shirt pocket, pulled out a clean spoon, and set it on the table.

The diner was impressed. "Do all the waiters here carry spoons in their pockets?"

The waiter replied, "Yes. Ever since an Efficiency Expert visited our restaurant... He determined that 17.8% of our diners knock the spoon off the table. By carrying clean spoons with us, we save trips to the kitchen."

The diner ate his meal. As he was paying the waiter, he commented, "Forgive the intrusion, but do you know that you have a string hanging from your fly?"

The waiter replied, "Yes, we all do. Seems that the same Efficiency Expert determined that we spend to much time washing our hands after using the men's room. So, the other end of that string is tied to my penis. When I need to go, I simply pull the string, do my thing, and then return to work. Having never touched myself, there really is no need to wash my hands. Saves a lot of time."

"Wait a minute," said the diner, "how do you get your penis back in your pants?"

"Well, I don't know about the other guys, but I use the spoon

Well? Eeeewwww!!!!

Cya guys, out.

Rude & Arrogant

Umm, kinda sheepish about my last post but well, all's KEWL [-: (see the tee?) I won't delete that entry though.

Anyhow, let's skip and move on to this video below. It's of a Malaysian cop on duty, "bullying" a single female driver. When I was studying in Singapore years ago, I used to tag my friends when they drive up to Kuala Lumpur or just Johore Baharu for the weekend. I'm reminded of an incident when I was with my mate. He was booked for speeding at 145km/hr. Highway speed limit was something like 100 or 120km/hr if I am not mistaken (can't remember). When the cop stopped him, after taking down his particulars he asked my mate, "Sir, would you like to settle this summons here or back at the office?" or words close to that effect. To which my mate then asked, what the difference would be? He said "it's cheaper" to pay the summons there and then. By that, he understood what the dumb cop was implying of coz.

Pity really, for all the beauty Malaysia has, it's government officers (like that silly cop) is what is tarnishing her own image. Plus, sales service people in Malaysia isn't that friendly either. But that's for another topic on another day.

Broken

Guess this is the mood I am in right now. Sorry hun, really I am. Dinna mean to be such a freakin' bitch. Remember this one by Amy & Seether? Caught this off Dee's channel. Found the timing very apt! So, here it is. I love you....with all of my heart. I'm soooo sorrry Je t'aime de tout mon cœur.

Broken
I wanted you to know that I love the way you laugh
I wanna hold you high and steal your pain away
And I keep your photograph, I know it serves me well
I wanna hold you high and steal your pain

Because I'm broken when I'm lonesome
And I don't feel right when you're gone away
You've gone away, you don't feel me here anymore

The worst is over now and we can breathe again
I wanna hold you high, you steal my pain away
There's so much left to learn and no one left to fight
I wanna hold you high and steal your pain

Because I'm broken when I'm open
And I don't feel like I am strong enough
Because I'm broken when I'm lonesome
And I don't feel right when you're gone away

Because I'm broken when I'm open
And I don't feel like I am strong enough
'Cause I'm broken when I'm lonesome
And I don't feel right when you're gone away
You've gone away, you don't feel me here anymore

Sensual and sensuous

I was coming home from work one day (in my trusted, hot and cute lime green beetle of coz) when I happened to spot a male washing his car. Lights were red and I momentarily got distracted observing him wash that car. His hands were were moving over the vehicle ever so gently it seems, like almost lovingly. A minute later and an impatient honk from the driver behind, and off I continued home. Driving back, it occurred to me that's how exactly my mate washes his car! Told myself I'll observe him this Sunday when he does his routine.

Came Sunday and I was on the porch on my Thinkpad, watching some vids on the tube. He then rolled out his Rav4 (which he recently got after he traded in the other one) out of the garage, took the shampoo, pail, hose and all and started to get busy. I watched as he lather the shampoo into generous suds of bubble and started washing his vehicle. His hands moved smoothly all over the vehicle. He started off with the rear, wiping the all absorbent cloth gently and lovingly over that shiny piece of glossy greyish green metal. It really seemed as though he was caressing that metal!!! I swear it was like him caressing me whenever..errr, nevermind that. I mean, for heaven sakes, it's just metal!?? Right? Ok, fairly expensive metal but metal nevertheless. Geez, do MANY males wash their cars like them, or him I mean?

I called out "sha, are you making love to that car hun?"
"What?" he yelled out. I repeated my question louder and all I got back was a grin. Sigh. Oh well, whatever turns a man on and then it occured to me! Watching him moved his hands all over the car, bare moving torso in jeans, gently wiping and seemingly caressing that car kinda turned me on! WTF. I mean, well it did and uhh well, I'll stop here for now.

Let's just say, he had to finish washing that car later......................muuucchh later ;)

Tu es l'amour de ma vie

Love. What is it with this four lettered word? Nooo, not that other one people :p

Wait, before I forget. To my buddies all, nope, I have considered it thoroughly, I still won't want to enable the comments here. I thank you for your thoughts, truly I do. It's just that I dunno when I feel like blogging. As you can see, when I want to, well, I'll just do it. Feel free to pm me on my YouTube channel guys. Muuaccxh!!!

Okiee, back to "love". Well what is it? What is this thing that makes your heart beep like a 1000 times a minute, makes you so alive, sooo on top of the world feeling? I dunno, a million scientists can try to break that 4 letter word down, it will never FULLY put things clear. My view.

Anyway!, the French have the most exotic expressions on all things love, check these out :-

1. Mon amour pour toi est éternel = My love for You is eternal.
2. J'veux etre avec toi = I want to be with You
3. Mon amour pour toi est éternel = My love for You is eternal
4. Je t'aime de tout mon cœur =I love you with all my heart
5. Tu me manques =I miss you
6. Je veux passer la reste de ma vie avec vous = I want to spend the rest of my life with you.
7. Tu es ma joie de vivre = You are the joy of my life

And of course ,that fabulous word, Je t'aime meaning I love You. To hear these words spoken is even more tantalising, so to speak. I like Sha's French twang. He's not a native speaker of course. Had learned French while he was based in Europe a couple of years back. I love the sound he makes, saying "i love you" or stuff like that. Like a friend said in one of my last post, "tu es l'amour de ma vie" wowz... man, do I feel horny!! dang. What does that mean??? Somebody?" LOL. I'd have to agree too!

cya guys

ps: remember, stick to my YouTube channel!

Clueless on this title

Caught him staring intently (..Grrrr!!...) at one really fabulous looking abs (female of course!) at Ohope the other day while we were just bumming around. Had the whole week free and was pretty bushed doing up our home. It's finished..uhh, well more or less. Will talk about our home some other day. Anyway, he dinna realize I was looking at him all the while (well actually studying him would be a more apt choice of word). And as suddenly as that abs got his undivided attention, it went away just as sudden too as he went to get his board. Men. Well, at least he was admiring another female's body. I wouldn't have known how to react if uhh....well, if it had not belong to a female. lol. Don't get me wrong!! I have nothing against gays or lesbians but I think, no, I know. I prefer my man straight. I'm one too anyway. No offence yah.

Peace out.

The older they are, the better they get.....

Umm, ripped jeans I mean. I just love my old jeans and the more in tatters they get, well the more I luv them!

There's one Levi's that I'll only wear at home, errm..in privacy that is. I luv that one so much, I'll never throw it away! Actually, so does he. LOL. It's so "bad" & it's ripped at certain sections, you know where. Well, I think you know where. There's lotsa such pics out there on the net. You go search them yourself. I'm not one to flaunt .

I was complaining bout him picking up the old stuff I threw away in my last post but the ripped jeans are about the only thing I'll not complain if he picks them up!

cya :)

ps: Ooops! I forgot to say, I really luv having you around the home now!! I can't say that enough, I luv you hun!! I NEVER want you to go anywhere else without me ( work far away in some strange land I mean) ....AGAIN. I can't bear missing you. IMy heart beats like it should when you're near me and I always feel alive!!! luv you!!!

Zzzzz....zzzzz

Nothing much to post. Much contented lately :-D Kinda busy with our home, adding, subtracting stuff. I mean me, of coz. He's getting the solar paneling done. It looks pretty impressive I must say. Awesome, the size of those panels. I hope it'll help us lots with lower electricity bills!! Well, except during the colder months that is.

I need to throw a lot of stuff but somehow when I throw them out, I find it right back the next day! Hmm, he has a habit of picking up the stuff again. Says never know when we'll need them. I just am speechless at some of his habits I guess but what the heck, he's home now.

Gotta go :)

Before I go, hey listen to this vid from the tube. It's kool!

Winds Of Change

Yana mailed me today, just. Had been something like 2 months or more since we last talked or mailed each other, not taking into account all the forwarded garbage she sent me....Grrrrr!!. And surprise surprise!! She's gonna be a mother soon! Told me her doc just confirmed yesterday that she's pregnant, too early to tell if it's a boy or girl she says. And while I'm on the subject of babies, another friend is also expecting a baby, even sooner! Yun aka Pinky da Pink Angel is expecting a baby boy this month. Hey, you two, congrats!! Wish both of you all the best.

Babies, well I want one too. Nope make it three.........errm may be but two's a definite......I think. Dang, I'll make up my mind later but for sure I do want a couple. He thinks we should have kids in another two years time. I think, it's time to well, let it just happen ;) He was thinking of adopting a 3 yr old boy from the orphange I'm working at. Kid's name is Bryan, a real gonna be hunk I'd say when he's older. Bryan's teenage mom an dad both are well, somewhere. Such a bright, cherubic young kid & they abandon him. No known relatives. Sad story that's happened time and time again all over everywhere. What's wrong with peeps??!Bryan would always be tugging my hand in class, out of class and especially in the evenings when I'm going home. It tugs at my heart seeing him looking so forlorn everyday when I'm about to leave for home. The sisters look after all the kids well but I guess, kids need their moms and dads. Nature planned it that way. I dunno what it is about Bryan but he got to Sha too. When he's not overseas and back home, he'll always pick me up after werk and before we go off, we'll always take Bryan out for a spin. He loves that, the big kiddie and the little one I mean :) On Sundays, we'll drop by the office and take him out for a day @ the beach and Sha gets to teach a young student the finer points of Kyokushin, lol. Well, I think we'll submit our papers when Sha gets home cos I think with him around, Bryan's much happier. That's one of the reasons he's finally think it's time to stay put too. He now says he has two reasons. Sigh and I had always thought ONE reason (ahem, me of course) was enough. Grrr....Let's see if it gets approved when the time comes. May be when we have Bryan, later in a year's time (a year NOT two) then, hopefully Bryan gets a sister too.

On to Obama, just a short one. I dunno, what do you think? I voted for him too but then, the alternative was a McCain and that was a definite no no for me! We really don't have much of a choice. I just don't buy Obama's glibness, the change blah blah blah. I really don't think he's any better than McCain but wtf, @ least HOPEFULLY Obama's the lesser of the two evils. Sigh, for such a big country and we're left to these two choices?? Well, next week Obama's gonna be the man, THE president and I pray the world's right.

Changes are bound to happen in our lives, sooner or later. It's not just Obama's election signature "sermon" but for some would be moms and dads, I hope our kids grow up in a better world. It's a dream I know but well, never give up the dream I say.
